Tonglen: A Breathing Practice

Breathe in calm and peace.

Breathe out stress and anxiety.

This was how I was taught to approach breathing meditations.

Then I discovered the Tibetan Buddhist breathing practice called Tonglen—and it blew me away. Pun intended 🙂
